We just shipped YouTube OAuth. Here's a full walkthrough of how it works, why it matters, and how to set it up in under 2 minutes.

We shipped YouTube OAuth this week. Here's everything you need to know about how it works and why we built it.

What it does

Connecting your YouTube account to Biozy pulls your verified subscriber count and displays it on your public profile. Visitors see a live follower bar under your avatar showing your total audience across all connected platforms. It's a passive credibility signal that requires zero ongoing effort after setup.

How to set it up

  • Go to Dashboard → Connections
  • Click 'Connect' under YouTube
  • Sign in with your Google account and grant read-only access
  • Your subscriber count appears on your profile within seconds
  • Click 'Sync now' anytime to refresh the count

What's coming next

TikTok, Twitch, Spotify, and Instagram integrations are in development. The goal is to support every major platform so creators can display their full combined audience in one place.

💡

The follower bar is visible to everyone who visits your profile — you don't need to do anything extra to display it once connected.

Connect your YouTube channel now.
